3. www.footenote.com is great for making footnote pages and their archival content
4. www.rootstelevision.com I love to watch clips from the conferences here
5. www.newspaperarchive.com I have found invaluable amount of information here from obituaries
6. www.familysearch.org great for AF, Record searches and the FHLC catalog
7. www.geni.com have a family tree here that the family can work on.
8. www.rootsweb.com great for discussion boards and finding assistance when needed
9. www.genealogy.com again, good for discussion boards and family trees, also has a live chat session
I will stop at nine since these are the sights that I normally use.
Footnote and Genealogy.com are both excellent, as is NewspaperArchive.com. GenealogyBank is also a great site to check out, and has helped me a great deal. It’s one of my “go-to” sites when I need to find information in a hurry.
