Remembering September 11, 2001

It has been 9 years since tragedy hit our land. Our world was changed forever. We will never forget where we were, what we were doing and how we were mesmerized by the images on our televisions. As a parent of 3 children, all under the age of 12, there were many questions to answer. The why’s, are we safe, what is going to happen? Answers I never was sure about. All I could do was reassure them that we were together as a family and we will be ok.

In November 2006, I took my oldest daughter (who was a Senior in High School) to New York to look at colleges. I thought I would share some of my pictures from that trip here.
