My 5th cousin 8x removed is President Zachary Taylor, according to We’re Related.

I can confirm this line through Philip Meadows, so there are seven generations beyond him that need to be researched. This is also the line that Elvis supposedly comes through, stopping at Jeremiah Isaac Meadows.

I have always heard that I received Zachary Taylor’s name as at least one male in each generation was given the name..and have had several people tell me I look just like him…my father(James) and grandfather(Henry) were born in Tazwell. Virginia. I’m am 68 yrs old
