Family Recipe Friday: Mushrooms Florentine

Mushroom Florentine I grew up eating this at most of the family holiday’s with the maternal side of my family. But, we called it spinach casserole. As a child, I hated spinach, and no, it don’t not matter that Popeye ate all of his. As far as I was concerned, we could send him mine as well. I, would take a spoon full of the cheese and mushrooms.

    1. Theresa, at least you were eating your vegetables. I was a very standard kid corn and peas only. My grandma would get aggravated when we were there because it was always the same vegetable.
